Bevon's Story
A Social Impact Leader and Visionary Innovator
Bevon Joseph, originally from Trinidad and a proud father of four, is a social impact leader, speaker, and podcast host with over 20 years of experience in information technology and financial services. Specializing in developing and implementing innovative solutions, Bevon drives positive impact and value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
As the founder of the Greenwood Project, Bevon’s Mentee Network (BMN), and Impact-Focused Tech Solutions LLC, and the Co-Lead of Campus Coin Invest, Bevon is dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workforce and creating opportunities for underserved communities. His work spans both nonprofit (NFP) and for-profit initiatives, where NFP efforts focus on creating social impact and community support, and for-profit ventures aim to drive innovation and sustainable value. His combined efforts—including mentoring students, collaborating with educational institutions, and working with organizations like the New York City Department of Education—have positively impacted over 2,000 Black and Latinx students, leading to high graduation and employment rates.
Through his podcast, The Social Capital Guy, and his forthcoming book, Bevon shares insights and strategies for building meaningful relationships and leveraging social capital for personal and professional growth. His mission is to create an inclusive world where everyone has access to the opportunities and resources needed to thrive.
